Who We Are

Hearing Link Tasmania is part of the Tasmanian Deaf Society services, a community based organisation that provides services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing people in Tasmania.

What We Do

Hearing Links provides education, information and referral throughout the state.

We offer:

• industrial screening to AS/NZ standards
  
• workplace and educational assessments
  
• community education
  
• advocacy promoting issues for Deaf and hard of hearing
  
• information and ordering of supportive technology and equipment
  
• free screenings
  
• hearing loss prevention programs
  

Additionally, our Education and Information Officer for the National Relay Service (external link) will provide support and solutions when staying in touch via the telephone is difficult.
